Legal
Privacy Policy
This policy is about the email you give us and the crumbs a browser leaves. Dipsana is pre-launch. We are not selling a product on this site, and we are not building a profile of you for ads.
What we collect
- Your email, if you join the waitlist. That is the point of the form.
- A hidden “company” field on the form that humans should leave blank. If it is filled, we treat the submission as spam and drop it.
- Basic site analytics through Google Analytics (property G-F26GGJJMGX): pages, approximate region, device, referrer. We use it to see whether the site is working, not to identify you.
We do not ask for a name, a phone number, or a payment method.
Why
Email is so we can send one note when the product is ready. Analytics is so we can tell if a page is broken or unread. That is the list.
We said no drip sequence. We mean it. We do not pass your address to a newsletter mill or a lookalike-audience buyer.
Who else sees it
- Kit (the waitlist form at kit.com) stores the address and sends the mail. Their terms sit on their site.
- Google processes analytics. Their privacy policy sits on theirs.
We do not sell your email. We do not rent it. If we ever had to hand data to a lawyer or a regulator because the law required it, we would, and only as much as required.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies. The waitlist form may set what Kit needs to accept the submission. There is no marketing pixel and no retargeting tag on this site today. If that changes, this page will change first.
How long
Your email stays on the list until we send the launch note, you ask to come off, or we kill the list. Analytics is kept for as long as Google’s default for that property, unless we shorten it.
Your choices
Reply to a waitlist message and ask us to delete your address. We will. You can also block analytics in the browser; the site still works.
If you are in a place with a formal access or deletion right, the same request works. We will not make you file a PDF to leave a waitlist.
Children
The site is not aimed at children. Do not put a child’s email on the list.
Changes
If we collect more, or use what we have for something new, we will update this page and the date at the top. The terms of service cover the rest of the site.
